Kebab shop EPOS.
Follow the order to the kitchen.
Take counter, collection and delivery orders with product options and preparation notes recorded on the order. Connect the till to kitchen preparation and the payment setup your shop uses.
Keep the choices
with the order.
A mixed doner in pitta and a chicken wrap need different preparation details.
Set up the products, menu choices and extras your shop sells. POSMENTOR supports configured product options and preparation notes, with option prices added to the price for the selected service type. Staff can keep differently configured items on separate order lines.
Bring the combinations on your actual menu: small and large portions, meat choices, bread, salads, sauces and meal offers. Review how each should be configured before your team starts taking orders. Meal pricing and required choices depend on that configuration.
One collection order
to check in the demo.
“A large mixed doner in pitta, no onion and chilli sauce. Add chips and a can for collection.”
This is an example request to work through with the team, rather than a recorded customer order.
- Enter the meal. Check how the configured size, meat and bread choices appear. Confirm the price and any extras.
- Check preparation details. Review the salad or sauce selections and the “no onion” note before sending the items.
- Follow preparation. Open the order in the kitchen view and check that staff can read the selections and notes they need.
- Resume the order. Find the unpaid collection order again, check its payment status and review the handover.
Use an agreed demonstration account and simulated payments. Bring two different versions of the same kebab so you can check that the kitchen can tell them apart.
Bring your order channels
into the service flow.
Review counter orders, your own website and marketplace connections together.
POSMENTOR supports takeaway and delivery workflows. Its Deliveroo and Uber Eats integrations connect the merchant store and menu to the POS operation. Check product and option matching, incoming-order handling and the marketplace reference used at handover.
Your own website can take configured collection and delivery orders. Website ordering needs its account features and payment gateway set up. Marketplace activation and charges are separate; connecting a platform does not remove its commission.

Cost the recipe
you actually serve.
Where inventory and recipes are enabled, link menu products to configured ingredient quantities and prices. Completed orders drive recipe-based stock consumption.
For a kebab, review meat, bread, salad, sauces and packaging. Check which extras have their own ingredient setup. A large portion needs the appropriate recipe quantities; the name “large” does not establish its weight or cost.
Ingredient costs depend on complete recipes and current input prices. Cooking yield, waste, labour and overheads need their own assumptions. A recipe total is not the shop’s net profit.
Calculate doner meat yield and portion costs with the worked example and editable worksheet.
Check the setup
before your first service.
Send us the models of your existing till, kitchen printer and card terminal. Confirm compatibility before budgeting to reuse them. Supported payment integrations include Dojo, SumUp and Square, subject to the provider account and device setup.
For local-network operation, review POSMENTOR EL. Its main computer runs the store server and additional tills connect over LAN. The main computer and local network must remain available; card payments, marketplace orders and website services have separate connection requirements.

Have something else in mind?
Ask the teamCan I use POSMENTOR for a kebab shop with collection and delivery?
POSMENTOR supports takeaway and delivery orders, connected kitchen preparation and a handover view. Ask for a demo using the service channels and menu combinations your shop needs.
How should I set up kebab sizes, sauces and meal offers?
Configure the menu products, options and extras around what your shop sells. Review selection behaviour, service prices and preparation notes in the demo; meal offers and required choices depend on the setup.
Can I connect Uber Eats, Deliveroo or my own ordering website?
POSMENTOR supports these connections with the required account features, provider access and configuration. Check menu matching, order handling and separate marketplace or payment charges before rollout.
Can I keep my existing till, kitchen printer or card machine?
Compatibility depends on the operating system, device model, printer connection and payment provider. Share the exact models before buying a replacement or relying on existing equipment.
Will the till work if the internet connection drops?
POSMENTOR EL has a local deployment option with a store server and LAN-connected tills. Confirm the operations your shop needs during an interruption, and check card-terminal and external-service requirements separately.
