How Dojo works with POSMENTOR

POSMENTOR integrates with Dojo for attended card payments. The till sends the payment request to the configured terminal and follows the terminal result, keeping staff informed when customer or cashier action is needed.

From connection to service

1. Configure the venue’s Dojo connection and select the terminal.
2. Send the bill amount from checkout and let the customer complete payment.
3. Check the confirmed outcome before closing the bill; review refunds and cancellation with your team during setup.

What to confirm before going live

Confirm the supported terminal, merchant account and live activation for your venue. Terminal rental, processing rates and the Dojo agreement are separate from POS software.
